The goal was to create an app experience that made complex health data feel simple, encouraging users to stay engaged with their wellness journey. I led the team in UX research, data visualisation strategy, intuitive user experience design, and the development of a cohesive, scalable design system.

The Sugar.fit app was designed as a holistic health companion for managing type-2 diabetes, blending medical insights with lifestyle support. Complex health data such as HbA1c and glucose trends were simplified through clear visual hierarchies and interactive charts, while guided steps for glucometer readings ensured ease of use. Every element from workout modules to daily progress summaries was crafted to empower users and encourage consistency, making the app feel more like a supportive wellness partner than a clinical tool.
